WHO?
We are looking for music business students interested in getting an inside look at how an award show is done here in Nashville at the Grand Ole Opry!
WHAT?
VOLUNTEER SHIFT TIME: 10AM – After show. We are needing volunteers available for most of the day Sunday to help backstage with award show prep. You will also be assigned to an artist or presenter and will be escorting them everywhere they need to go throughout the show prep & show time. You receive a schedule for your artist and be responsible for making sure they arrive on time. Volunteers MUST be available for a meeting at 1:00PM on Saturday. All liaisons need to show results of a Negative COVID Test or proof of vaccination. We look forward to serving with you! Must be 18+. This will be at the Grand Ole Opry Theatre.

THIS SUNDAY, MAY 30th.

COVID Test will be required unless you are vaccinated. A mandatory run through meeting will be for about an hour on Saturday to get everyone set up with the layout of the venue.
