“Battle of the Bands” Competing for Slot at Major Lakefront Music Festival

The “Fire on the Water Music Festival” is asking local bands to submit their work for an opportunity to perform a set at the fest. This year’s Fire on the Water features headline artist Delta Rae and major supporting acts from Nashville including Birdtalker, The New Respects, the Roosevelts and LUTHI. The lakefront venue on Old Hickory Lake (just 30 minutes from Nashville) will have two stages and expects to draw more than 4,000 music fans to the event.

How it works:

Send a YouTube video of your song performance to musicfotw@gallatintn.org by June 15. The video should be up-to-date and include current members of the group. Videos will be shared on social media and judged based on music quality, originality and stage presence. All genres will be considered. Finalists will be invited to perform for judges and a live audience at CenterStage Performing Arts Academy in Gallatin on Saturday, July 13. Finalists will receive free passes to the festival, and the winner will perform a 30-minute set at Fire on the Water Music Festival on Saturday, August 3rd.  https://fireonthewaterfestival.com/
