DETAILS? As CEO of Tunespeak, Tom Pernikoff has led the charge on some major innovations in the digital music marketing sphere. Before Tunespeak, Tom & his brother (and Tunespeak co-founder) Rick, were touring musicians. They were clients of WME Nashville and recorded their first album at Ocean Way Studios down the street from Belmont. Tom and Rick were also on the founding team of Silicon Valley startup- Loopt, the first “social mapping” app. Tom will talk about his journey from musician to entrepreneur and how he tied the two together to solve an industry problem. In addition, Tom will unveil a new product from Tunespeak to Belmont students during the convocation and hold an interactive Q&A session.
