Here is what they need:
– 4 volunteers for setup from 2:00p – 5:00p (setting chairs, setting up A/V in breakout rooms, helping load in sponsor tables, etc)
– 4 volunteers for load out from 9:30p – 11:30p
– 2 A/V techs to run smaller room audio & powerpoint
