Thanks to my team

These past few days have touched all our hearts. As we left the park yesterday, I think most of us got a glimpse of how much we were touching the lives of all these children here in Ukraine. As we drove off, tons of children hovered the van and wouldn't let us leave. I made some awesome connections with children during the day, but I especially loved watching all my teammates as they kiss and hugged all their new friends goodbye. Yes there were tears, but that made it all the more special. This is truly a special group and I would just like to take this opportunity to say how thankful and lucky I am to get to know each one of these student-athletes on a more personal level!

Thanks guys for all the smiles you give daily! I love you all and look forward to spending the next few days with you all!
