The following writers have made it through the live auditions for this semester’s writer’s series! Congratulations! Rob Blackledge Lindsey Liekweg Seth Jones Jonathan Lawson Ben Cooper Joshua Patterson The First Writer’s Night is February 16th @ 6PM in the Curb Cafe with featured songwriter, Brett James! The Second Writer’s Night is March 1st @ 6PM in the Curb Cafe with featured songwriter, Annie Roboff!

Other Showcase—January 22nd in MPAC (There will be 2 shows for the Other Showcase: 6:30pm and 8:30pm) And the first ever, Urban Showcase on February 12th in MPAC @ 7pm Writers’ Showcase Series in Curb Cafe Feb. 16th @ 6pm and 8pm March 1st @ 6pm and 8pm Keep checking back for more details!

Writer Showcase Series packets are now available. They are due FRIDAY JANUARY 21, 2005 @11AM Pick them up and turn them in outside the Music Business office Massey 445.

Thank you to all those who made the first Writers Night a great success. A very special thank you Rivers Rutherford who performed in the round with songwriters Nicolle Galyon, Chris Young, and Jamie Floyd. Congratulations to Nicolle Galyon winner of the Writers Night.
