SOLID’s Fall Mentorship Program


Interested participants must be a Senior or Junior currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, have completed two internships (Fall 2018 internships count) OR one internship and an industry-related volunteer experience, and must provide a letter of recommendation from a current/former professor or an internship manager.  Applications are being accepted now through September 16th.  There is no guarantee of acceptance into this program.

As a part of the program, students will be invited and encouraged to come to the exclusive Mentorship Program Kick-Off event to be held in the evening during the week of October 1st. Notifications of acceptance and event date & location will be emailed out by September 23rd.

The Society of Leaders in Development (SOLID), founded in 1997, is a non-profit organization comprised of developing music business professionals dedicated to improving the future success of our industry.
