Despu\u00e9s de tres d\u00edas largos pero gratificantes, ha cambiado un poco el ritmo de hoy. Fuimos a la plantaci\u00f3n de caf\u00e9 de Pablo, La Azotea, para una cl\u00ednica abierta a los trabajadores. Tuvimos que ver a los pacientes r\u00e1pidamente hoy para que pudieran volver al trabajo. \u00a1Fue incre\u00edble tener todo el groupo unido para otro d\u00eda lleno cuidado interdisciplinario de pacientes.<\/p>\n

Pablo nos llev\u00f3 a recorrer la plantaci\u00f3n. Nosotros vimos c\u00f3mo se hace el caf\u00e9. Algunos de nuestros pacientes nos mostraron c\u00f3mo el caf\u00e9 se seca, se tuesta y se moltura. Nos dejan probar todos los tipos de granos de caf\u00e9. Nos divertimos mucho aprendiendo su oficio.<\/p>\n

Ma\u00f1ana, el grupo se est\u00e1 dividiendo para una gira de volc\u00e1n y tirolesa. Est\u00e9n atentos para las fotos!<\/p>\n

Hello,<\/p>\n

After three long but rewarding days, the pace of today has changed a bit. We went to Pablo’s coffee plantation, La Azotea, for a clinic open to workers. We had to see patients quickly today so they could go back to work. It was amazing to have the whole group united for another full day of interdisciplinary patient care.<\/p>\n

Pablo took us on a tour of the plantation. We saw how coffee is made. Some of our patients showed us how the coffee is dried, roasted and ground. They let us try all types of coffee beans. We had a lot of fun learning their craft.<\/p>\n

Tomorrow, the group is splitting up for a volcano and zip line tour. Stay tuned for the photos!<\/p>\n
