According to her certificate, Fadely \u201cis a student that made our patients the highest priority by communicating effectively with patients and their families and was committed to being a team player.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As stated on her certificate, some of her preceptors attested to the qualities Fadely has that earned her\u00a0the award. \u201cTisra demonstrates a\u00a0rare sensitivity and dedication to patient centered care, as well as a keen interest in evidence-based practice. She was consistently kind, attentive and professional. <a href=\"http:\/\/forum.belmont.edu\/health\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Achievers.Fadely-300x225.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-medium wp-image-3797 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/forum.belmont.edu\/health\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Achievers.Fadely-300x225-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"Achievers.Fadely-300x225\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a>As a coworker, she was respectful, conscientious and hardworking. One of her most impressive attributes is her gracious manner of asking questions and sharing information. She researches questions she has relating to patient care and shares her knowledge with true intellectual enthusiasm.
