The work is titled \u201cEffect of letrozole is superior to tamoxifen in limiting preneoplasia in both ER\u03b1 and aromatase over-expressing mice.\u201d As co-principal investigator, Diaz-Cruz and his collaborators determined that the impact of letrozole was greater than tamoxifen in reducing prevalence of mammary gland preneoplasia in both ER\u03b1 and aromatase over-expressing mice.
