Twice a week, a doctor and a couple nurses go there to see patients and give the people medications they need. Many deaths are caused by people taking fake medicine, so the education provided by these healthcare workers is as valuable as the medication they give.<\/p>\n<p>Cassie had a quick pharmacology lesson (pictured right) and helped fill prescriptions.<a href=\"http:\/\/forum.belmont.edu\/health\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/2012Cambodia50.jpg\"><!--more--><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft  wp-image-1037\" style=\"margin: 5px 10px; border: 1px solid black;\" title=\"2012Cambodia50\" src=\"http:\/\/forum.belmont.edu\/health\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/2012Cambodia50-224x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"224\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/forum.belmont.edu\/health\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/2012Cambodia50-224x300.jpg 224w, https:\/\/forum.belmont.edu\/health\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/2012Cambodia50.jpg 478w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 224px) 100vw, 224px\" \/><\/a>There was not a lot of room inside the clinic, so many of us played with the village children outside.<\/p>\n<p>This evening, about half of us went to the Sovanna Phum Theater to see a traditional dance and shadow puppet show.
