 Congratulations to User Services Computer Technician Chris Wilcoxson and his wife, Anna, on the birth of their son, Benjamin Asher Wilcoxson. Asher was born at 9:51 p.m. Thursday, July 26, weighed 9 lbs and measured 21 inches long.

Matthew McCrickard Earns Doctorate
Associate Registrar Matthew McCrickard received the Doctor of Education degree from National-Louis University during the institution’s June 25 commencement exercises in Chicago, Ill. He focused his dissertation research on issues of community participation in service-learning within higher education.
New Sophomore Year Experience Director
Dr. David Sneed will be the director of the Sophomore Year Experience at Belmont. He comes to Belmont from Davis and Elkins College in West Virginia where he served as vice president for student affairs and as a special assistant to the college’s president. David’s office is in the new Sophomore Transition Center on the second floor of the Bunch Library.
