Congratulations to Lisa and Kurt Schlachter on the birth of their daughter, Julia Elizabeth. Julia was born Saturday, September 10, and weighed 7 lbs, 4 oz, and was 19 1/2 inches long. Both mother and baby are doing well. Lisa works in the Office of Development.
