Harrington Comments on Internet Piracy Legislation

Dr. E. Michael Harrington, professor of music business at Belmont University, is quoted in the Nashville City Paper today regarding proposed legislation designed to address cable television theft and Internet piracy. The story was a follow-up to a story that ran on May 2.
