Belmont Professor Quoted in The Detroit News
Belmont University Associate Professor David Moser was interviewed for a story in The Detroit News on April 16, 2006, about a lawsuit filed against the popular rock band, the White Stripes. The writer of the story interviewed Moser, who teaches Intellectual Properties and Legal Issues in the Mike Curb College of Entertainment and Music Business, to find out whether this type of dispute is common and how it might be handled by a court.
