Southwest Airlines President Speaks at Belmont
Colleen C. Barrett, president of Southwest Airlines, addresses the Peer Learning Network gathering at Belmont University Wednesday morning. Barrett spoke about the culture of freedom and fun that sets Southwest apart from other airlines - and has made it the most successful large airline in America.
Barrett was listed as one of the World's 100 Most Powerful Women in 2004 and this year by Forbes magazine. She has been at Southwest since 1978. The Peer Learning Network is a program of the Center for Professional Development.
