Amy Grant and Vince Gill Bring Christmas Show to Belmont
Belmont University announced today that the Amy Grant and Vince Gill Christmas Show is scheduled to appear at the University’s Curb Event Center. The holiday event will be held November 28 and 29, 2003 at 8:00 p.m. in Belmont’s brand new venue.
“Belmont is privileged to host such a wonderful event,” stated Belmont President Dr. Robert Fisher. “To have Amy Grant and Vince Gill perform in our new venue is a tremendous honor.”
The Curb Event Center, a 5,000-seat entertainment and athletic venue, will open on the south end of the Belmont University campus in September of 2003. In addition to being the home court for the Belmont Bruins NCAA Division I basketball and volleyball teams, the center will feature state-of-the-art concert facilities.
The Curb Event Center, Beaman Student Life Center and Maddox Grand Atrium are three elements of a $52 million student life and entertainment complex situated on the southern end of the Belmont campus. The Curb Center will host events from student productions and athletics to commercial entertainment, meetings, and speakers.
