Slowing Down
Ever since returning to Belmont, I feel like I've been going a million miles per hour. All day. Every day. Which is a very good thing for me, I think. I didn't work as much as I had planned to over the summer, so there were a few days where I felt extremely bored. It's just nice to return to the non-stop, crazy, wonderful college life.
What's been keeping me so busy? Well, RUF is definitely one of the main things. I have a Bible study on Monday nights, the large group/worship service on Tuesday nights, and this weekend I am going on a camping retreat to Hopkinsville, KY! I'm not a very "outdoorsy" person, but sometimes I like to pretend that I am. I can't wait to spend some time connecting with people, making smores, looking at the stars, and enjoying the beautiful fall weather. Hopefully my homework won't pile up too much this week, otherwise I will have a busy Sunday!
Speaking of classes...mine are going pretty well this semester!

Next Friday morning I will be on my way home to Kansas City for Fall Break! It seems way too early to be going home, but I'm looking forward to being reunited with my family and friends. Also, I am ready to cook!!! As much as I love living in Thrailkill, I can guarantee you that this is my last year in the dorms - next year I must have a kitchen.
