Everything.

I am almost finished with my junior year of college. Personally, I have come to the conclusion that the concept of time is impossible to follow. I am not quite sure where it goes. It disappears and vanishes just like the morning mist on a cool Sunday morning.
At this time of the year, I enjoy reflecting on the most significant “events” that made my junior year a bombastic success. I believe that the most rewarding part of junior year would have to be the formation of rock-awesome friendships; you know, the ones that will last past college. Personally, I am so thankful for the individuals that the amazing Lord placed in my life this past year. Because of my experiences – I am confident enough to state that God definitely places people in your life at the perfect time.
This past semester, I was able to room with my buddy, Nick (a native of Montana.) The whole experience enabled me to strengthen a friendship that I know will last past the collegiate years. And for that, I am so grateful. (Fun fact: I have known Nick ever since August 2006!).
In other news – I am so proud to state that God also placed a few other rock-awesome individuals into my life since August 2007. These individuals each represent different puzzle pieces that help make up a season of my collegiate journey. With that said, I am definitely looking forward to the summer; because I am eager to see what God has in store for me.
If a news anchor from Channel Five asked me what my greatest memory was of junior year, I would simply reply – “Everything.” After all, there are definitely too many events that take place in a span of one year to single out just one memory. So for now, I’ll just setlle with the fact that I enjoyed Everything. Every memory. Every photograph. Every heart-break. Every chance-happening. And every ounce of grace that the Lord placed in my life.
