B FIT - BU!

Have you been to the Beaman Student Life Center lately? If not -- I suggest that you check it out. After all, it's always a good thing to be in shape. Retrospectively-- the latest rock-awesome foundation of the Beaman Student Life Center is the B Fit-BU fitness initiative. The friendly staff and personal trainers at the Beaman will assist you through the encouragement of excersing daily, maintaining a healthy balanced diet, and learning to actively become engaged in the process of safe work-out routines.

Personally, I thoroughly enjoy working out on a routine basis. I feel refreshed - motivated - and most definitely ready to tackle whatever obstacles I may stumble upon throughout the day. Most importantly, I leave the gigantic complex with the notion that I am maintaining a healthy lifestyle. What more could I ask for? Doing cardio and strength training has definitely enabled me to reach greater depths. My friend Caroline, one of the coolest peronal trainers at the Beaman, has even introduced me to new and safe techniques. Since the beginning of summer, my resistance and strength has definitely improved. Have I convinced you to get off the couch - stop eating the potato chips - and dive into a B Fit - BU lifestyle? I hope so. After all, it's more fun to be healthy.

Right now, I am totally exhausted. I have a busy week ahead of me. I have 4 classes tomorrow, but without a doubt, am definitely ready for the challenges that the Lord has set forth for me. I'm not quite sure if I am ready to propel into a full day's worth of class. The three-day Labor Day weekend was quite phenomenal. I am still trying to wind down from attending a CMT Crossroads taping featuring Trisha Yearwood and Babyface from this past Friday. I guess now that Tuesday will be arriving sooner than later...I better become focused. There's no turning back now. I'm outta here.
