Summertime

It was with many tears and hugs that I said goodbye to Belmont on last Thursday. Leaving school was so bittersweet. But I'm glad to be back in Miami for now. I've been spending my time resting and catching up on my Guitar Hero (linkage) as well as hanging out with my family. I did beat the game on hard, so I'm pretty stoked about that.
Yesterday was my sister's birthday so we went and saw Spider-Man 3. I didn't hate it, but I didn't love it either. Eh, in other news, I'm still waiting to see if I can get a job at the church. I really hope so as I need some extra cash flow if I am to buy a laptop for next year.
I'm really trying to use my time wisely this summer. However, my idea of time wisely means taking time to enjoy the sunset as much as it means reading a book or working with the poor. Hopefully, I can get a lot of reading done, but I really just want to take this summer one day at a time and see where God takes me.
