I Have No Idea What To Title This!
So, aside from my lack of creativity in the area of a title for this entry, I have been very busy. Balancing a social life with school is tough, especially when one of my favorite things to do is hang out with my friends. However, this weekend looks like it's going to be a great time as I will be celebrating my 19th birthday. I'm so blessed to be able to share it with people who are so loving and fun and fun-loving.
On a different subject though, I applied to be an SLA which stands for Spiritual Life Assistant (More info here and my interview is on Saturday (My birthday!). I'm really excited, a little nervous.
Basically, what an SLA does is lead a weekly bible study with girls from a certain floor of a dorm. Having attended the weekly bible studies myself, I know first hand how awesome it is. I'm so thankful for the girls who are in that bible study, as well as my SLA. It's been such a blessing to have a place to freely release the stress of school, the challenges of the Christian's life, and just have fun. Hopefully, if I get the job, God can use me in much of the same way as he used my own SLA.
