What's Program Board Got Going On?
I shouldn’t have such a tough time writing about the fun times I’m experiencing here at Belmont, but I have to say, staying on top of everything with school and my social life is tougher than I thought. But I’m making it work. So in today’s news, I’m really excited for Thanksgiving Break. I know I could use a few days to recoup.
But since Thanksgiving is more than a few days away, I’m really looking forward to the things the Program Board has scheduled for us (Program Board). Program Board is essentially a group of students who put together activities each month for the students. We recently had 'Pirates of the Caribbean 2' shown in the Beaman Student Life Center (The Beaman). We also had a Murder Mystery "whodunit" type of thing put on the night before Halloween. Soon, we're supposed to have a chef come into the Cafeteria sometime next week and cook a meal for us, and I have to say, I am pretty excited about that. Other than that, I’m just trying to stay on top of school and life, but things are looking pretty bright right now.
