Big City, Small Town, Big Business.
Well, if you guys didn't know I am originally from a small town in Texas called Houston. Ha ha. I moved here to Nashville when I was pretty young, so the city has kind of grown on me. Nashville is a pretty big city, but has a small town feel because of the hospitality and it's easy to find your way around. Sometimes just driving around, I discover new things such as easier ways to get to and from campus and even another part of town I never knew about.
But the reason for the title of the article, is that I just recently found a good major for me. And that major is Entrepreneurship. I have always had the dream to one day own my own business, and develop it into a major chain being recognized nationally and maybe even on the stock market. I like to cut hair and I'm pretty good at it. So, I thought that it would be cool to start a barber shop that caters to college students. It's a pretty cool idea huh? Well, of course because there isn't anything like it right now. See here at Belmont, even if you aren't an Entrepreneurship major you can still get help to try and open a business no matter your major or field you want to enter.
