Day 2 Activities

16-inch-play.jpgGood Morning everyone. It is a beautiful morning here in Rio. We will begin our day around 10 am, the girls are getting a well deserved rest from yesterday. Yesterday was an amazing day, seeing the girls interact with the kids and the team we competed against. The love that they showed would touch anyone's heart. The kids are amazing themselves, they were so excited to see us that at the end of the day they were wanting the teams autographs, pictures, etc. One little boy was crying because we were leaving, that tells you how much of an impact these young ladies are having on these kids.

Today's schedule will be very similar to yesterday. We will visit two schools back to back and then compete tonight. So, it will be late again for the next update. Keep us in your prayers today. I found out that God is working in our trip already. People are hearing that we are here and they want to play against us. This is allowing the mission group to go into areas they have not been able to get into. Some of these teams do not let Christians into their place of practice. We are the first team they have ever let in. So, pray that these lives will be impacted by God the rest of this trip.

Psalm 33:18 The eyes of the Lord are on those who fear Him, on those whose hope is in his unfailing love.
