We've been working hard.
Swimming in South Africa.jpgWe came back a little early from the children's club this afternoon and several of the students headed to the beach just off of our Team House. It may be winter in South Africa and the water may be cold, but it did not stop these intrepid travelers from hitting the surf. Mandy and Cath are two of our hosts and they regularly frequent the beach so they took the students down to the water.

The above photo shows (from left to right) Marcus, Mandy, Cath, Chris, Blake, Brandon and Nicole just as a wave is about to crash in on them.

Four StudentsFour other students were not quite so brave as to go swimming, but they were persuaded to get their feet wet. The picture on the left shows Mindy, Laura, Jade, and Rachel as a small wave sneaks up on them.

Yes, as you can see, the water is cold.

You forgot to mention the three brave lads who trekked across the jagged boulders on the shore line. At some points they were standing at least 300 feet above the ground.

Marcus!!!! Look at you!!! So glad to hear and see that you are having an amazing time! We missed your call because it was 10 o'clock in the morning here and we weren't here. Sorry! Three lads on the rocks 300 ft above the ground - I'll bet a dollar to a donut one of the boys was Sam Hunter. Live's a full life in all he does - right on the knife's edge. The apple don't fall fer from the tree! Be safe, my good man. Great email on the good ya'll are doing w/the kids - way to be a beacon for Christ! AB "The Mailman" Beno says to "check six!" BTW, your car's sold to a great guy at a great price -So,no worries on the new one now, mate. Been looking for wakeboard boats for you...
