Opportunity to volunteer for the Music City J.A.M Festival—Don’t miss it!

Hello Everyone!
I hope you all have had a great summer. I know several of you may not have met me yet, so let me introduce myself to you. My name is Troy Akers and I am the president of Belmont’s Service Corps, the Music Business volunteer organization on campus boasting a regular membership of over 200 students. We have been privileged with working many prominent events in Nashville and the surrounding cities like CMA Festival and Tin Pan South. As you may know, our registration for Fall will begin shortly after school resumes. HOWEVER, we have a wonderful opportunity to take part in the annual Music City J.A.M Festival held at Riverfront Park in downtown Nashville. We will be able to utilize several positions, by nearly staffing the entire event. Everything from Ticket Takers to Merchandise Handlers. Each day nearly 40 volunteers will be needed.

I know you may be thinking, “I’m not a member of Service Corps, yet, nor have I heard of it before!” Well, if you are either of those do not worry, we will gladly take you on and just consider this a great chance to get to know the team and see what it is to work your hardest out in this amazing city for the Industry.

Email me at troyakers@gmail.com if you are interested!
