We at the Rocketown/RKT MUSIC lab are conducting a test and we need your participation. Please keep in mind that this is only a test. The success of this test is totally dependent on your participation.
After a few marketing meetings and one late night brainstorm, I would like to introduce you to a new project we are now playing with called “MyFreeMusicFriday.com”. If the name isn’t forward enough, I’ll explain to you what this new project is all about. MyFreeMusicFriday.com is a place where you will discover new music and re-discover unfamiliar classics within a 24-hour period every Friday. Very, very simple… Every Friday equals 100% FREE music.
You might wonder why we are doing this. The answer to that wonder is actually very, very simple too. 1) Maximize the exposure to some great music produced by some great artists and 2) offer a thank you gift to you, the fans, for your attention and support! We do hope this will initiate lots of grassroots buzz and urge you to TELL A FRIEND ABOUT THE MUSIC!
This is what we need you to do. On this Friday (Oct 20), go to http://www.myfreemusicfriday.com, check out the featured artists and download the available MP3’s. You will also have an opportunity to sign up for each artists’ e-newletter for the latest news. After you do this, e-mail info@myfreemusicfriday.comand tell us what you think about the program. Once we receive your e-mail, you’ll be entered into a drawing to win a free CD from each of the featured artists. Please e-mail us by Oct 25 in order to be entered into the drawing. We’ll choose a winner on Friday, Oct 27.
So there it is. More fabulous music and exceptional fun from Rocketown/RKT MUSIC. Again, this is only a test, so it isn’t exactly a weekly program yet. If this test is successful, we’ll continue to work on “MyFreeMusicFriday.com” and, in time, it will hopefully become a reality.
