CEMB STUDENT WORKER: Special Projects Assistant
- Coordinate all elements of production for the Insider's View including communication to crews, recruiting volunteers & scanners, publicity (posters, email announcements, etc), photography, video, archiving, and point person the day of.
- Research assignments on development opportunities for the Curb College
- Serve as the CEMB marketing team assistant
- Assist in the coordination and support of all special projects including CEMB board meetings, industry events, etc.
- Assist Dean's Office Staff as needed.
- Other tasks as assigned.
This individual will need the following knowledge and abilities:
- Knowledgeable about the university and its academic programs.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, and to communicate with colleagues, students, faculty, staff and administration in a cooperative and professional manner.
- Ability to research information.
- Ability to plan, organize and coordinate various activities and events.
- Ability to communicate to internal and external customers utilizing effective communication skills including public speaking and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create letters, reports, presentations and graphs utilizing various software programs including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
