VOLUNTEER NEEDS:

o   Guest List: 3 total – assist the guest list manager with check in. This will be a very heavy guest list day for the Warped Tour!

  • all day assistant 10am – 4pm
  • part-time helpers needed from 10am-1pm

o   Catering: 20 total – you will be serving the bands and crew their meals!

  • Lunch: 10 volunteers from 11:40am-2:30pm;
  • Dinner: 10 volunteers from 4:40pm-7:30pm

o   Eco: 7 total – Recyclable Collecting – for all you eco lovers, we’ll need your help gathering recyclables from the festival grounds throughout the day. We try to leave every city just as we found it and you help make that possible!

  • 7 Total – 10am – 6pm (with breaks for food & to watch bands)

o   Press: 4 total – all day (9am-7pm). Responsibilities include:

1. Press check-in and set up

2. Press Escort – this person will escort reporters to band buses, stages, etc.

3. Pit Access – manning the main stage areas and informing press of their access

4. Pit Access – manning the main stage areas and informing press of their access Coverage: these four students may also work with our press contact beforehand on curated pieces about the tour and/or have photo access day of show during their breaks

o   Feed Our Children NOW!: – These volunteers will assist at the front gates for our daily food drive. Every person that brings in 3 cans of food will receive a Skip the Line wristband. We will need volunteers to take donations and give out wristbands.

  • 4 total – 9am-12pm

o   Local Production– ticketing at front gates, assisting local

  • Dinner: 10 volunteers from 4:40pm-7:30pm
