Belmont Alumni Display Bruin Pride Overseas
Last month 1st Lieutenant David Swan ('06) and Major Dwayne Vick ('92) of 1-230th Air Cavalry Squadron flew a mission at night in UH-60 Blackhawk under Night Vision Goggles over Northern Iraq. To commemorate the historical moment in Belmont alumni history, the two captured the above picture at sunset just before the mission. The flag flew with 1st Lieutenant Swan in his flight vest the entire night.
