Donna Hilley is considered a female pioneer of the music industry and will be the recipient of the Robert E. Mulloy Award of Excellence at the 2009 Best of the Best Showcases on April 25.

Energy Plans for TVA
If you had $14 billion dollars to spend on an energy plan for the TVA service area, how would you spend it? Invest in nuclear energy, alternative "green" energy, clean coal, energy efficiency or some combination? Dr. Darlene Panvini, coordinator of the Environmental Studies Program, and students in ENV 1110 will present a variety of choices for energy plans to share how they would spend $14 billion dollars.

Edie Maney creates bold and exciting works with acrylics and mixed media. By using plastic, scrappers and squeegees in addition to brushes and palate knives, she begins in a chaotic style before developing a focal point. Show runs from April 20 - June 25.
