Dr. Barbara Williams-Skinner, the former executive director of the Congressional Black Caucus and current president of the Skinner Leadership Institute, has spent her career helping to develop a new generation of spiritually grounded leaders. She has also served on the boards of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Center, the National Political Congress of Black Women, the Christian Community Development Association and Evangelicals for Social Action.

America's Healthcare Dilemma: A Dialogue on Solutions
In 2006, the Mayo Clinic Health Policy Center began a series of forums examining the future of American healthcare policy. In this dialogue, the Center will present its policy recommendations to a panel of experts from the Tennessee State Health Planning Office, Belmont University, Meharry Medical College, UT Health Science Center and Deloitte Center for Health Solutions. An audience Q-and-A session is encouraged after the presentation.
