Campus Life Returns to Normal After Debate08
Belmont's campus continued its return to normalcy this week as most physical signs of the debate disappeared, including the perimeter fence and the massive Media Filing Center on the soccer field. However, the rest of the academic year will include debate-related programming planned around the theme "The Art of Being Free." On Tuesday, Cameron Sinclair, co-founder and executive director of Architecture for Humanity (AfH), spoke on "Architectural Responses to Humanitarian Crises." Sponsored by the Center for Entrepreneurship Moench Entrepreneurship Lecture Series and Architecture for Humanity, the lecture focused on how AfH is building a more sustainable future by bringing professional design services to communities in need.
