IT'S ALL BELMONT TO ME - Belmont FYI Feature Profile of the Week

Take Responsibility and Follow Through

Joe.JPGThis week’s Belmont FYI feature profile of the week has been a part of the Belmont community for more than four years. Joe Leggs was nominated for the second guiding principle, Take Responsibility and Follow Through, for his work with Custodial Services.

What Joe enjoys most about his job is the opportunity to meet and help new people. “It’s important to me to do my job right and help people the best that I can,” Joe said.

For Joe, to take responsibility and follow through means helping people to the best of his ability. “I try to do 110 percent more than I’m supposed to do,” Joe said. "I like helping people and making sure the job is done right.” Joe also said that he is grateful to have a job at Belmont. “Everyone here is so friendly and nice,” he said. “I think it’s rubbing off on me.”
