IT'S ALL BELMONT TO ME - Belmont FYI Feature Profile of the Week

Do It Right

DSCF4504.1.jpgThis week’s Belmont FYI feature profile of the week has been a part of the Belmont community for nearly two years. David Graham was nominated for the third guiding principle, Do It Right, for his work as the Event Services Coordinator for the Curb Event Center.

What David enjoys most about his job is the opportunity to interact with people from many different departments across Belmont’s campus. “I work closely with faculty, staff and administration as well as student groups on a daily basis who are holding events in either the Curb or Beaman Student Life Center,” David said. “There is a particular satisfaction that comes at the end of the day knowing that we have helped clients conduct a successful event.”

For David, to do it right means making sure each event reaches its full potential. “The old saying goes, 'You only get one chance to make a good first impression.' That is how I view every single event that I coordinate,” David said. “Every single client that I work with deserves the best that we have to offer them.” David also says that regardless of whether it is the largest client, or the smallest office gathering, each event deserves the same attention to detail.
