Freshman Lands Spot in Top Ten in National Contest
Belmont University freshman finance major Landon Austin was recently chosen as one of 10 semifinalists from 352 video entries for the MySpace/Doritos “Crash the Super Bowl” Music Video contest. Contest sponsors were on campus today filming Austin in his Pembroke Hall room where he wrote his original song "Waitin'" and recorded a performance video. Voting for the Grand Prize Winner will begin Mon., Jan. 7 when the contest's three finalists will be announced. For more on this story, click here .
