The Nashville Youth Choir announces its 2005-2006 Season. The Youth Choir is a part of the Nashville Children's Choir Program, one of numerous programs of the Belmont Academy, the preparatory division of Belmont's School of Music. Nashville Youth Choir membership is open, by audition, to students in 9-12 for the 2005-2006 school year. Tuition for the season, which runs from August to May, is $250, with tuition discounts available for families with multiple children participating in the Nashville Choir Program. Each semester includes approximately 13 Monday afternoon rehearsals from 4:30 - 6 p.m., held in the Massey Performing Arts Center on the Belmont University campus. Auditions for the Nashville Youth Choir will be held August 15, and regular rehearsals begin the following Monday, August 22.
