Belmont's Hare Earns Conference's Highest Academic Honor

Belmont to Host C.S. Lewis Foundation
Belmont University will host the C.S. Lewis Foundation regional conference September 14-15, 2007. The C.S. Lewis Foundation is dedicated to advancing the renewal of Christian thought and creative expression throughout the world of learning and the culture at large. Nashville’s Belmont University Stays Connected with Ocean Way Studios
Belmont University, one of the most respected music business and engineering institutions in the United States, has renewed its license of the Ocean Way name for its Nashville recording studios and the consulting contract with the studio's founder, Allen Sides. Ocean Way Hollywood was launched in 1977, and the Nashville studio was opened in 1996. Allen Sides' team of architects and acoustic designers transformed an elegant hundred-year old Brownstone church into one of the most advanced recording studios in the world.
