It's All Belmont To Me - Belmont FYI Feature Profile of the Week
Do It Right
No doubt you’ve been greeted by the smiling face of this week’s Belmont FYI Feature Profile of the Week. Lindsey McCullough has worked for Belmont for nearly four years and was nominated for the third guiding principle – “Do It Right” – for her work as Executive Assistant in the office of University Advancement
Lindsey says it is fulfilling to work in a department that is working so hard for the university. “Working here has been such a blessing for me,” she said. “I have the privilege to work with so many wonderful people, and additionally, in my position I have the opportunity to help keep friends, donors, alumni and those in the community connected with the university and the great things that are happening here.”
Lindsey feels that “doing it right” means doing the best you possibly can to meet the needs of others and following through completely. “I'm not sure that I always do it right, but I try to do what I would hope someone else would do for me,” she said. “I know that Belmont is a great environment, and I want everyone that I come in contact with to realize how great Belmont is as well.”

Do you know a Belmont employee who embodies one of the five Guiding Principles? Nominate them for a Belmont FYI Feature Profile of the Week! Please send their name and a brief description of how they meet the criteria to the It's All Belmont to Me Committee for consideration.
