Do It Right
This week’s Belmont FYI feature profile of the week is Nicole Mullins, Student Services Coordinator in Belmont Central. Nicole has worked at Belmont for nearly three years and was nominated for the third guiding principle – "Do It Right."
Nicole says she enjoys helping people and wants to make a positive difference in the lives of others. “[To] do it right doesn’t necessarily mean to complete the steps,” Nicole said. “Sometimes it means going above and beyond, going the extra mile and following through to make sure a task is completed. Too many people do just enough, but that is not doing it right.”
Nicole says she tries to follow through with customers and do little things to show she cares. “I put myself in their shoes and think about how I would want to be treated.”
