FYI and Miscellaneous Announcements

The GMA Academy will be February 11 – 12, and is a “training camp” for beginning and advanced unsigned artists and songwriters. The event will provide valuable feedback and instruction from veterans in the industry. GMA will also offer an unsigned writer’s night at the Curb Café on December 9, hosted by Chris Rice. Performers will be selected from winners of past GMA Music in the Rockies and GMA Academy events to participate in this unique showcase. Additionally, participants who utilize GMA’s all new Songwriter Critique Service are invited to take part in this event. There is still time to submit your songs through the critique service for consideration for the Dec. 9 event. Another writer’s night is tentatively planned for Feb. 10, preceding the GMA Academy Regional event February 11-12 in Nashville. Please call (615) 242-0303 x 238 or visit www.gospelmusic.org for more information.
