Coming Up


The Belmont Opera is Friday, November 5-6 at 7:30 p.m. and on November 7 at 2:00 p.m. All performances of Copland's The Tenderland will be in the Massey Concert Hall.

The College of Business Administration will host Financing Economic Development with guests from Ten Thousand Villages and World Relief on Tuesday, November 9 from 5:00 - 6:10 p.m. in the Neely Dining Hall. Rebecca Coke of Ernst&Young Chicago will share her research on Financing Economic Development in under privileged countries, followed by a panel discussion with guests from Ten Thousand Villages and World Relief. The Percussion Ensemble will perform Tuesday, November 9, at 7:30 p.m. in the Massey Concert Hall.

Southboud will perform Thursday, November 11, at 8:00 p.m. in the Curb Cafe.

Ann Carothers will present Color first, Creation Liberated in the Leu Art Gallery November 12 - December 10.

The Jazz Ensemble will perform Friday, November 12 at 7:30 p.m. in the Massey Concert Hall.

Belmont Little Theatre will present A Doll's House by Henrick Ibsen November 12 and 13 at 7:30 p.m., November 14 at 2:00 p.m., and November 15 at 7:30 p.m.

The Center for Professional Development presents two workshops: Facing the Challenge of Change and Handling Negative Emotions in the Workplace, featuring Dr. Ben Bissell. Ben has been recognized internationally for his ability to analyze difficult situations and offer practical solutions in the workplace. All these experiences are blended with his humor into a winning combination.
