Faculty/Staff Parking for Saturday’s Commencement
All Belmont faculty and staff attending commencement ceremonies this weekend are encouraged to park in the North Garage beneath Inman and McWhorter on Saturday, May 5 to leave the Curb Garage available for guests who are less familiar with campus. We anticipate that Belmont will host 8,000 to 9,000 guests on campus throughout the day in addition to the 1,000 plus degree candidates and more than 300 faculty and staff members. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.

Vote Katy Wilson for Magnus Health Award
Student health clinic director Katy Wilson has been chosen as a top 10 finalist for the Magnus Health Award.  In order to receive a $2,000 grant for the clinic, click here and vote for three finalists. Make one of your votes for No. 6 which is Katy Wilson.

New MTA Routes to Madison, Old Hickory
MTA has begun new weekday service on two new lines – Route 27 Old Hickory and Route 36X Madison Express.

Route 27 Old Hickory will provide weekday service in Old Hickory via Lakewood. Buses will travel to and from downtown Nashville and Madison. New park-n-rides are located at the former Lakewood City Hall and at the new MTA Administrative Offices on Myatt Drive in Madison.

Also, a new route in Madison – Route 36X Madison Express – will offer express travel between Madison and downtown Nashville. The new park-n-ride at the MTA Administrative Offices also serves this route.
