Finally - a message from the team!

4 pm local time, June 8
E-mail is down and the fax machine isn’t working so all of this was communicated via phone at $5.00/minute.

We saw a pet mouse today – a child’s only possession. Abigal P. told a girl “I love You” in Russian. The girl ran to a rose bush, picked a rose, and gave it to Abigail with a hug.

Susie S. approached a shy, teenage girl standing alone looking at the Polaroid picture just taken by the team. The girl led her upstairs to her room. Susie sat on the bed and the girl showed her a picture of her family, who she no longer lives with. They sat together just looking at the picture.

The sound man, Bogdan, who has always worked with just sound in the past is now helping the Polaroid team by interpreting and being a part of the group. This is a great step of faith by him. We appreciate his help so much.

Please have Deneen read her e-mail before this group leaves her. Nothing life or death, just important information.
Hope all things are well. We are praying daily for you here.
