Networking Opportunities
Massey Networking Luncheons are held on the third Thursday of the month (some exceptions apply during holiday months) and provide Massey students and alumni with an opportunity to stay in touch with one another, as well as to meet new potential business contacts.
The September Massey Networking Breakfast, hosted by Dean Raines, will be held next Wednesday, September 10th from 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. at the Nashville City Club. The Nashville City Club is located on the 20th floor of the SunTrust Building, 201 Fourth Avenue North, downtown Nashville. Parking at the SunTrust Building is $2 per half hour. Please RSVP for the breakfast by next Monday, September 8th.

Expand your professional network through Massey Networking @ Noon!
Many people only think of networking in terms of what it can do for them now and get frustrated when they attend a networking event that doesn’t satisfy their immediate need. Some people don’t think they need to network at all. However, we should all keep in mind that networking isn’t just about who you can meet today, or if you will find a new job or client today. It’s about planting seeds that have potential to grow into mutually beneficial relationships.
Whether you are entering the job market, looking to meet business contacts, or just looking to catch up with classmates, I would like to encourage you to make Networking @ Noon (N@N) a part of your networking strategy.
N@N luncheons are held on the third Thursday of every month at various restaurants in Nashville and surrounding areas. The October N@N luncheon will be held at Calhoun’s in Rivergate on October 20th.
