Center for Executive Education announces new leadership program
Belmont's Center for Executive Education is proud to announce a new leadership program -- Leadership Essentials -- which will launch Sept. 18.
Leadership Essentials is for mid-level managers currently managing teams of associates and needing additional leadership development as their roles grow in negotiation, strategy, and leading change management within their organization.
The program consists of ten classes offered in five two-day sessions over a period of six months and targets managers with several years of supervisory experience. Some topics covered in the course are: Building a Winning Team, Effective Decision-Making, Negotiating for Success, and Leadership, to name a few.
