Jason Hiner writes in TechRepublic what I believe to be a fair assessment of the differences between Senator John McCain and Senator Barack Obama on technolgy issues. "From Net Neutrality to H1B Visas to data privacy and other economic policy issues, the next U.S. President will influence many important developments in the technology industry."
