Eric Volz is out of Nicaragua. I heard the news from a friend while eating dinner this evening. Thankful seems such an understatement for how I feel knowing that Eric will be back on US soil soon.
Dane Anthony, Eric's dad, resigned from his position at Belmont University to commit his time and energy to this case. I cannot fathom how much he sacrificed during the last year that Eric was imprisoned. It is not my decision, but I would sure like to see Dane back on campus in some capacity.
