Advice to Lawyers from Entrepreneurs
Matt Homann asked me to contribute to a feauture called "Five-by-Five" that he uses at his blog the [non]billable hour. He asks five experts to contribute five comments each about a particular topic. This week he asked for advice that we would offer lawyers on how to work effectively with entrepreneurs.

He consults with a variety of businesses on start-up and growth related issues, and with larger corporations on re-establishing entrepreneurial cultures within their organizations. Dr. Cornwall's current research interests include entrepreneurial finance and entrepreneurial ethics. He has authored or co-authored four books.
